during the last Legislative Session REPRESENTATIVE EDMUND KUEMPEL FILED a BILL RELATING TO THE CANCELLATION OF a DATING SERVICE CONTRACT. HB 2623 was referred to the Senate Committee on Business & Commerce and is currently pending their approval. The EFFECTIVE DATE OF HB 2623 is SEPTEMBER 1, 2007.
