Together Dating Service We will cancel contract after you pay us Carmel Indiana

I was contacted by Together dating in the end of 07. They play on emotion and I was signed up. I had signed an agreement 11/14/07 and gave them $200 cash down payment. I recieved my 1St fererral 11/21/07. We met when I called back to give my feedback I told them the referral was out of the agreed travel distance I had agreed to, I had told the counselor this was a major issue as I have little spare time. The lack of time is why we pay someone to search for us. They told me that they could not help me there. They gave me another referral 01/11/08. This referral was closer but stood me up then called me days later.
I kept contacting the company to refund my money and disolve the contract. They kept telling me they could not release me from it even though they did not live up to what was promised. After they took money from my bank account for the first payment they released me from the contract. I had sent an Email informing them I was contacting a comsumer advocate agency, they said if I did not continue they would release me from future payments.

They refuse to refund my $289 for no service provided. They released me from it a couple days after they took the $89 payment. I am out a lot of time money and gas besides the 289 they took. I want everyone to beware of this scam. If you are tempted to try them read everything and remember they told me "nothing is binding promised by the counselor you work with". If you go use a credit card and do not use cash.
