Ultimate Singles AKA Ultimate Introductions Inc. have had many serious legal and customer problems in Texas, which resulted in office closings, unanswered customer complaints and acquisitions of fraud and theft.

They portrait themselves as a Christian Dating Service, but as Byron Harris of WFAA Channel 8 News in Dallas/Fort Worth discovered in an interview with Jason Breakey in 2004 (his company had just settled a lawsuit with another singles company that had accused Breakey of theft, fraud and unfair competition) and resulted in Ultimate Singles being put OUT OF BUSINESS.

"Two or three of the women have been to small claims court and gotten judgments against you?"
"Not against me personally," he replied.
"Against Ultimate Singles ... have you settled those cases?"
"I have no idea," said Breakey.

Cameron Sharpe, who founded Ultimate Singles with Breakey, now has several Web sites of his own, counseling people how to get rich quick. One of them shows how easy it is to make big money in singles services, with projected profits and timelines.

Believe it or not these scammers Breakey and Sharpe are now in the process of attempting to become operational again with offices and or registered to do business in the states of Oklahoma (Tulsa and Oklahoma City), Missouri (St. Louis), Kansas (Overland Park) and Nebraska (Omaha) as well as Texas (Dallas), that are know of so far.

They are using the name Ultimate Introductions Inc. aliases include Dallassingles.xxx, Tulsasinglesxxx, Tulsamatchmaker.xxx, OKsingles.xxx, and Kcsingles.xxx, just to mention a few. They are reported to have possibly up to or exceeding 1000 domains registered most with hidden domain registrys or are registered with a company with an address in India (IMAT Solutions).

This has eluded the detection of the various Consumer Protection Agencies so far, however this is about to become rectified, as no state, once informed wants unsuspecting consumers victimized by these Ultimate Matchmakers or in better terms Ultimate Matchstick Men

According to the Texas AG Ultimate Singles has 17 unresolved complaints on file with their office and were unaware that Ultimate Introductions was in fact the same company with the same owners.

Changing your company name to avoid past fraudulent activity name is kinda clever, but not really. Together dating service under the direction of Paul Falzone, changed many of their offices to The Right One after a Dateline NBC undercover investigation, that exposed their fraudulent activity.

Below are posts from the causs.org/ website; I am sure these "single.xxx" street signs are appearing in a neighborhood near you, and in most jurisdictions are a violation of city code.

We've had the "Singles" signs around Baltimore for some time. I've removed hundreds. A year ago, Baltimore County CE "invited" Together Dating Service of Glen Burnie, MD into a hearing. To avoid a fine, they had to reveal that putting up the signs was the responsibility of IMAT Solutions of Dallas and the person responsible was Jason Breakey of 5220 Spring Valley Rd, Suite 195, Dallas. So it doesn't matter that the url on the sign is registered to IMAT of India. As far as I can tell, Jason Breakey is still active. The signs stopped in Baltimore Co for about 8 months (but continued unabated in surrounding counties). Now they are back here. I took 75 to the dump last Monday and already have another pile. I will try to get CE to continue prosecution. Maybe this problem needs a little pressure on the individual responsible. The last address/phone number I can find for him is 15610 Witt Pl, Addison, 972-503-6830. He's 38 and married Zulma Rivera in 1999. Can anyone find more recent info?

A couple months ago, we wiped out scores of small signs with SaltLakeSingles.org, MurraySingles@, HolladaySingles@, SandySingles@" etc. (all Salt Lake area cities). Early today we removed scores of illegal SaltLakeSingles.org signs placed unlawfully in public right-of-ways on both sides of 700 East and some intersecting streets. 700 East is a six- to eight-lane thoroughfare that extends south from Salt Lake City, South Salt Lake, unincorporated Salt Lake County and beyond. The signs extended from downtown Salt Lake City to roughly 3300 or 3900 South. Too bad the writer of this rebuttal "Barrett Stone" is really Cameron Sharpe who used to be in business w/Jason as a partner, but is now his jockey boy and one of the people that goes around to new offices, sets them up & scams you out of your money.

Please do not be a victim to these individuals. There is also a silent backer named Anup Engineer who routes the business thru India and hires people to look at and process your information in that country.

Believe me, I could go on & on about the things I know of this company...I was on the inside at one time.

Most of the players involved were at one time HOMELESS or are current recovering drug and alcohol addicts including his wife who he beat up at one time when I was there.

My name is Krystal and I am proud to say that I am currently employed with Ultimate Introductions. I am also an ex-employee of Ted's Company, also known as The Right One and Together Dating services. Ted, you never cease to amaze me with how low you will actually stoop, in order to make yourself look better. The time that I worked for you was absolute hell. You dont care about anyone or anything except yourself. You hire people for 2 weeks at a time and then fire them so that you are able to pay them $8 a hour instead of the base that's promised. You talk down to people and degrade them whenever they make a mistake. Something that I hope you learn real soon is that no one is perferct, not even you. There was only one perfect man, and they crucified him.

I know that since I'm writting this article, you will , in return, try to slander my name. That's okay. I will be the first to let everyone know that I have had a past and that I have made a lot of mistakes. I am in recovery and I have changed my life drastically. It's not how you start your life and what you used to do, that counts...It's what you are doing now and how are your future looks that counts. I will say this, my future is looking brighter than ever.

You talk so much trash about Barrett and Jason, when you should really look at yourself in the mirror. The one who points the finger, is generally the person to blame. You have openly discussed your past, during meetings at work. You used to laugh about your use of marijuana and other things. Does that make you horrible? No, you made mistakes in the past. I would strongly suggest that you grown up and take better care of all the members that you have within your company, rather than trying to destroy an honest company that truely cares about their members. From what I hear, you have a lot of BBB complaints that are building up from your members. Stop trying to make everyone unhappy, and make your members (who have paid 3k-15k for a membership) happy.

I worked for this company for three days I was trained by Cameron Sharpe aka Barrett Stone, He was a very intimidating individual, still displayed himself as a very wealthy individual walking around in designer clothes, carrying around his brand new Apple Iphone and MAC laptop all over the place. He would have meetings with the staff twice a day saying that he was hired by Jason B. to trick us into making money. In every meeting he was very intimidating and always used very vulgar language.

My third day I was sitting at my cubical where Barrett was standing talking with Jason about how they needed to go back to the bar and buy more drinks for the ladies so that they could get more pictures for their website. They were using pictures of hot girls so that they could make them profiles and use them or cities all over the country to trick men into buying a membership. Also if we came across a young woman in our leads in the St Louis area we were advised to contact them ASAP and let them know that we were very interested in their profile and tell them that we could make them a great offer they couldn't refuse. Then when these young girls would come in to talk to a relationship counselor they would receive a FREE membership.

We had cell phones from all over the country that we were advised to call off of when calling certain cities because these phones would trick people into answering their phones when they saw the local area code. My third day was my second day on the phones I had only been on the phone for a total of 5 hours combined on both days with leads that were over one year old. During a meeting with all the staff (about 30 people) Barrett asked the new people to stand up in front of everyone and he asked us who has set an appointment today? (That day we had only been on the phone for less than two hours) He asked us to answer one by one, when we said none of us he said get the f*** out of here, your fired, this job isn't for you! This was the most humiliating thing anyone has ever done to me, he did this to three other employees the same time. This place is a scam not only to it's customers but to their employees. The new plan for this company is to go belly up once they get rich this information was disclosed to me by a very close source of Barrett. A brand new dating company starts up in Pittsburgh.

They are already taking money from people looking for love.

But is it worth the thousands they are charging?

From Greensburg to Squirrel hill, singles signs are popping up everywhere.

"I thought it would be a smart alternative for meeting people."

This 53-year-old woman saw the sign in her neighborhood and decided to contact the dating company.

She agreed to talk to us as long as we didn't identify her.

She went to an interview where she was told it would cost her nearly 4-thousand dollars to join.

"The woman's fee was in the 39-hundred dollar range which I thought was a joke, and I actually asked him, are you kidding me?" said the woman.

She declined, and that's when the company offered her a six month free trial membership. But they requested her social security number and driver's license for a background check.

"After I left I thought oh I'm such an idiot but we all make mistakes and we all do things in the moment."

She attended one event and was disappointed with the small number of people there.

Target 11 has discovered that the company, Pittsburgh Singles, started doing business back in August.

The Better Business Bureau has already received a complaint from a man who says he didn't get what he paid for.

"The complainant paid about a thousand dollars to participate in the program for their dating services and one of their concerns was that the clientele they were promised was not there," said Warren King of the Pittsburgh Better Business Bureau.

Target 11 went to one of the November events at a bowling alley promoted as a meet and greet for members paying the $4-thousand. Only a dozen people showed up.

Since August the company has changed names and hands. New owner Cameron Barrett Sharpe, told me by phone that he just purchased what he's now calling The Relationship Company several weeks ago. And he admitted to problems.

"When I purchased the company, they were having trouble. My number one priority is taking care of customers. As far as complaints, I'm more than happy to try to resolve them. We do offer refunds," said Sharpe.

And Sharpe told Target 11 he they will occasionally offer free memberships to get more people involved.

Sharpe is no stranger to the industry. For the past decade, he has been involved with other dating services across the country.

And some of those services have been the subject of numerous Better Business Bureau complaints. From St. Louis to Kansas City, Missouri to Tulsa, Oklahoma---consumers have complained of high pressure sales tactics and refusals to refund money.

"Here in PA there are no rules and regulations regarding dating services," said King.

And King says that's part of the problem. In other states like New York, dating company's have charge limits, but in PA they can charge any price.

Cameron Sharpe tells Target 11 he's working to improve the business in Pittsburgh.

He says he has about 100 people have signed up so far. And he says he has had a number of success stories.

When you will click on Catholic Samachar (news) logo you will see pdf files showing news from Gujarat state Catholics. It is in Gujarati language so ask any Patel to transfer it for you.

Anup and Ashish’s father’s name is Vijay Kalyan. Vijay Kalyan is the real owner of IMAT solutions. Ashish Engineer, the elder brother, was manager of finance department in IMAT Solutions. Anup engineer is the person for  IMAT group working in USA. Florence Parmar is mother of Anup and Ashish. She is in charge of several websites owned by IMAT Solutions.

 

Now, How can we stop them spamming our streets in US? We should strike where it hurts them most-Their so called social status in Gujarati Catholic Samaj (society). If you read the above mentioned news paper you will notice that they always promote Anup and IMAT solutions’ success in USA in many articles. According to one article Anup has offices in 7 north American cities and a staff of 250 employees. He is the one who hires people (or slaves, well they pay around $80 for  month (190hrs)) to a person who process our record) in India.

 

What we can do is write the editor of this paper and tell him the real sucsess IMAT group has in US. We can send IMAT solutions a small official notice in Gujarati daily news papers (Sandesh, Gujarat Samacar etc.) asking them to stop spamming American streets. It will cost $10 to issue such notice. It will not hurt them financially but it will destroy their ego and social status which is priceless. Gujarati Catholic Society is very small and every body knows every body. I am confident that something like this will make them think twice before polluting our street in USA.

 

By the way, I am a gujarati catholic and used to be classmate of Anup. Now I am us citizen and I don’t want my street to be polluted.
