I was ripped off for handling fees and boarding fees by Stacey Kubyn. I let it go she is stalking me knowing I know the truth about her. I waited a long time to finally post the truth behind our war online. She has managed to stalk me to this day and it is time for everyone to know the complete history. She figures if she makes things up about me she can HIDE in the smoke. Regarding the money first. I picked up Leyla hunza from airport raised and trained her at my home. I took many pictures of her living in m home in which stay gave false impressions was her home or her work. Leyla stayed her for 6 months. I had to beg for stacey to pay bills inccurred showiing her dog. Like win photos, Robert Slack + Doug Loving calling my home for a over due bill of $25.00 for a photo. She had to beg and manipulate her husband to get money. She makes no money of her own and her husband has tight purse strings. The Work: Vinny my husband & showed Leyla to 8 Cacs ARBA, Rarities- RBSCWO Molosser shows.. I wanted was $5.00 per day boarding training fee + food. She could not afford anything other entry fees . She also left a wake of unpaid bills with Megan Kelly Cezar handler. When Megan told me she was owed over 1k in Best in Show Bonuses,I didnt believe it at first , Stacey is a lawyer , not until I realised she had no money of her own, she was on a allowance did it add up. Later I picked up 2 more CO's named Brother and sister for her . It took her a week to get here to get them. I asked why? she said she needed to sneak them in since her husband did not know they were coming. Imagine having so many dogs your husband would not know you had two more. This is the story how she fabricated " i have s**t in my home" when she finally arrived she was impressed to see a puppy room in my home, a pantry converted into a pup room with shavings off my kitchen and laundry room" She stated "russ would never let me have pups in the house" they are raised in the barn or the garage. So the poop her CO took in front of her is the " poop in my house" Despite over 100 people from all over the world being here she repeats this story every chance she can get. My pup room is in every litter Videos for all to see. I dont raise dogs in a barn or kennel. Stacey had a history of never being able to pay a bill. She once started a figth with her hubby so he would do something bad and then make up for it to get cash to pay for leylas grooming. ( ps I did not know how to groom back then she went to a groomer in N tonawanda on thursdays), Another time she had to fed ex the nite before a Molosser show a check , 1 week after the entires closed to get a discount . I said NO Alexis said yes. The next show she had to write a post dated check for 2 weeks after the show. These are facts folks,if they were a lies she could post a checked dated 2 weeks before the Molosser show, or post a paid check to doug loving for his pictures months later. How many people expect a photo & not to pay it for 4 months? Ask any professional handler what they would get for raising and training a show dog? Some how I think they would lol at five dollars a day and then not to get that. Proof we handled the dog is on her site . All the shows photos you see of Leyla are me and my husband with our heads cut off. No mention of the work she did not pay for. The money is long forgot , but the stalking she does of me and others is insane. Taking credit for being able to show , win or handle this breed is public is her FRAUD. You will find these pictures on her site FRAUD no indication they are my home. Guess she wants everyone to think she is a young hot red head. Notice no where do you find any handlers name?? Me Vinny Megan are just illusions it seems. Read this how she LIED to reporters she never trained Cezar Megan did He was sent off to live in Show stoppers kennels she does not show dogs since Mark Lipsett had to separate two of her own dogs fighting at a ARBA show.( see email troika) She could not even get Cezar out of the crate in toronto. I did She uses her Esquire status to intimdate people and to try to ruin them She has never had to work a honest days work in her life. Even now as she spend all her days online at 3 am. She has Maid, lawn people, Russian dog lady kennel helper, horses are kept down the road. She does nothing but makes trouble for me and others online. Yes her hubby makes tons more than mine. However I spend TONS more proving every dog I own , she spends NOTHING on her dogs. Other than buying entire litters, picking out what she wants and making money off of victims like Martha. She will bred Leyla kids based on the work we did with her ( ps I championed frol too) " - Ch. FROL Gvidonovich iz Svetlogo Doma, Best of Breed USA 2003 under Russian Judge Polivanov x 8x CAC-US LEYLA Hunza" She is not a dog breeder she is a collector a broker a middleman a fraud. She takes credit for Martha breeding and anyone elses. Her entire resume is Fraud. Her photos are works of art all photoshopped. Not every report is going to be accurate. She lies about me every chance she gets. So call both of us the nite before and ask to come for a visit. Look for details and proof and see if it rings true. If she claims she is busy here are some facts: She has not left the house for a dog show or test or any canine career in over 5 years. 7 years before that she was out with me maybe 9x 1997-2004 While all of us showed her dogs. NO one thinks it odd that with 100's of dogs and 20 years she does not show or work her own adults?. ( I won with frol after he humped her in red dress ,2 CBS I won with Frol then leyla, or 4molosser shows ,Toronto Vinny showed Cezar after he humped her, Detroit Drew showed Cezar) Warning the only people allowed to visit her have to give a $500.00 Deposit before they come. You do not have to do that here. Nothing is better than real life. Conclusion if you broker a dog of any breed thru her get in writing you will get the pedigree. Dont pay the full amount until you get a pedigree. If she sells you one of her unproven dogs ask to see the parents, AKC , FCPR pedigree. If the parents are not reg your pup cant be. If you have been ripped off as well. Be carefull she has tried to destroy me and a breeder in MA up to including trying to get her dogs killed. She had a few loyal friends that will kill for her, Brad, Kat, Vicki, And if she says I suck as a CAS breeder , refers you to this breeder is better , VISIT that breeder in Person You will be surprised at what you find as "the best by stacey". |

I am Kat Thomasson and I am one of the people which Jeannine DePalma said 'was willing to kill' to help support Stacey Kubyn. I would 'Not kill" anyone, not even someone whom I was myself, upset at. I was raised that you do NOT kill people.
Jeannine is known to tell untruths to make her point. When she says that I would be willing to KILL, goes way to far! This is Libel against me, and the other she has listed with me, and it is subject to legal recourse.
If she says something like this, and it is here in black and white print for all to see, how could anyone believe that the rest of what she says (states here) is true or again, just saying something to make her point? You need to look at this individual closely and check out the facts before you make decisions. Just my opinions here.

Google Jeannine DePalma. I dare any of you. What you'll find is not only a Ripoff Report filed against her, but also the sorted details where she faked a carjacking, alerted the media, got on the evening news then later was busted and convicted for fraud. is this a person who anyone with a shred of sanity would find credible?
She reports being owed handling fees in the UKC ring when the UKC expressly forbids monetary transactions for handling? How could Mrs. DePalma not know this when she is a UKC judge!
The truth is folks that this woman is sick, and needs health. Mental illness is not a joke.

The person reporting this is a total liar and fraud.
Google : Jeannine DePalma Arrested and see what I mean. She faked a car jacking report, called the media and got on the news. Then got BUSTED and Convicted for it!
She also complains about handling fees owed? well this is funny because according to UKC you CANNOT be paid for handling, under any circumstances!
DePalma is a UKC judge, she should know this.
She is filing a Ripoff Report over disputes that happened a decade ago? get a grip woman.
When you Google her also read the Ripoff report filed against her. She is a known pathological liar and deadbeat.
