Farrah Ashworth FAILS TO PAY FOR SERVICE ,REPAIR RENDERED. Pinellas Park Florida

On or about August 7 we were hired (proposal signed) to repair her broken underground pipe on her swimming pool. We gave her last years price since she could not afford it when she had the leak test done 6 months ago. My repair technician went out and worked all day jackhammer the opening and repairing the pipe. When he was finished he tried to collect from whom he thought was the owner and she said she was the renter and would have to contact Farrah. The technician immediately called the number and got a recording. Our technicians do not get paid if they do not collect.

Needless to say, it was her there at the house and the technician went back two or three times as well as the owner and called her daily, which she did not pick up or she would hang up immediately. Turned this over to our collection company who said she did get a hold of her a couple of times and said she would make arrangements to make payments and then hung up.

I suggest anyone dealing with the woman to get the money up front. We are in the process of taking her to small claims court.
