Jodi Trepani and Antonio Dinis - Jodi Dinis The WORST tenants EVER!! They don't even deserve to be called tenants, they are filthy! NEVER paid rent! Howell, New Jersey

DO NOT RENT to these bottom of the barrel rip offs. They scammed me by having her father, Sal Trepani of Freehold, set me up. He came to my yard sale, real friendly, saying if I ever moved my house would be perfect for his daughter. He had already overheard my moving plans.  I should have saw through his devious smile.

His daughter Jodi Trepani and her boyfriend, Antonio Dinis scammed me good. They signed a Lease, gave me bad checks, then cancelled the lease. I thought they were gone, BUT no, they had just started.

Then got me thrown out of my house by lying to the judge. I got one month of rent. Then no more rent, they never took care of one thing in the house or the property. The grass was so high the neighbors tried to cut it, but Jodi came out screaming to get off "her property!!!" They changed the locks, denied me access, would not respond to certified letters or calls.

After damaging the plumbing system they contacted the town saying the house was uninhabitable - just to get out of paying rent. Doors were ripped off hinges, holes in walls, filthy disgusting pigs!!!! They shut off electric and left food in my refrig!! We literally had to throw it away because the refrigerator was full of black mold!!

If you do not heed my advice and rent to them, it won't take long before you're sorry. 

I'll see them in court one day. I tried to take them to court but she impersonated me and contacted the court saying the issue was resolved, she wanted to withdraw the complaint!!!

They owe me over $30,000 in rent plus thousands in repairs and clean up costs.
