We are a lead generation company, We generated leads via telemarketing for ImageNET. He owes over $1000. He is a very smooth talker and will make all sorts of promises but never follow through on any of them. Upon further research we found an article in which he was convicted of FRAUD

He had owned a company by the name of Innovative Office Services.
He is currently marketing DocStar paperless office productsto the townships and municpalities of PA, and NJ. I would be very leery of any promise he makes. He is not to be trusted, if you are a vendor, ensure he pays you upfront before doing any work. DocStar is a great product, however I would find another reseller before going to Mr. Forbes. I can recommend a few in that area.

Leighton Forbes, owner of ImageNET located in Malvern, PA., is good business. I know both Leighton Forbes and briefly met the person who filed this original "report" complaining about Mr. Forbes.
The gentleman in Waltham, Mass., contacted me in order to try and conduct telemarketing business shortly after he met with Leighton Forbes. I spoke with Leighton Forbes regarding the man in Waltham and learned that this guy never did any work for Leighton Forbes.
The guy was trying to start a telemarketing company but it never got anywhere. More importantly, in this case he never had any sort of agreement with Leighton Forbes, not verbal or written. The Mass. guy kept promising that he would conduct telemarketing for Leighton Forbes, but he never did anything. Now he wants to publicly complain while hiding his identity.
My name is Karla P., and everyone in this business and area knows who I am. Leighton Forbes has always kept our business equipment and software systems fresh and leading edge, while helping us complete the business deals with each acquisition that fit our current budgets. Thank you Leighton Forbes.

The report filed is simply an ex-contractor gripe about being dismissed after poorly performing. There are literally hundreds and hundreds of Docstar systems implemented by Leighton Forbes' company where each system's owners and users are thrilled EVERY day that they met Leighton.
Ignore this unfair forum to extort money from a legit business owner. I have dealt with Leighton Forbes for over 10 years and have never ever been burned, nor even paid in a tardy manner.
