Links Publications Incorporated Links Golf Travel, Failure To Pay For Service North Andover, Massachusetts

Brian Bell (President of Links Publications Incorporated & Links Golf Travel among other alias) working with his Lawyer/Wife Rakel Meir have fraudulently obtained services from my company and failed to pay for the services.  Brian used many alias along with multiple email addresses and company names, but allowing me to work on his server and service providers gave me access to real names and addresses which were recorded as the work was provided.  Once the work was complete, Brian refused to pay and refused to give a reason for non-payment.  After a couple weeks of refusing to pay and receiving an invoice from me, I threatened with small claims court at which time Brian started referencing his lawyer Rakel Meir.  A simple google search of Rakel Meir brings up the wedding announcement of Rakel Meir and Brian Bell "partners in crime".  He then started claiming my invoicing him was a form of harassment and also threatened to go to the police with the following claims.

Contacting him with invoices was harassment.
That I hacked into his servers.
That I hacked into his service providers and canceled service.
That I called claiming I was law enforcement.
That I hired others to call claiming they were Lawyers/Law Enforcement.

Brian is a shady fellow hiding behind the legal advice of his wife and they should be avoided at all cost.
