Mr. Nelson was establishing his business, he requested coverage for his truck, we placed coverage, and he assured us that he would have his girlfriend forward a check for the down-payment, that never happened.  Eventually the policy was cancelled.

He called us and asked us to deposit 500.00 in his paypal account as he was out of money and on the road, and would pay us back when he got paid, that never happened either.  We would be happy with $50.00 dollars a month, as we are aware that times are hard, and money is scarce, not even that.  No effort what-so-ever.  We could take him to small claims court, but what are we going to get?

A judgement is not enforceable since there are no pay checks from a company and no bank account.  Beware.....these people do not pay their bills.
