I am registering a complaint against Sheri Ann Jentsch For failure to pay For swimming pool parts that she said to order and would reimbursed me. I have done several handy man jobs for Ms. Jentsch. This particular time she asked me to watch her animals, clean and do general maintenance on her house while she was away. While watching her house, I removed the swimming pool cover in order to remove the leaves that had piled up on it. After removing the cover, I pulled the ray vac out to empty it. The unit is old and in need of repair. When I pulled it from the bottom of the pool the connection that connects to the pool wall snapped into. I called her and told her immediately about the situation. She said no problem,” please order the parts and I will reimburse you”. I went to Leslie’s pool store and ordered the parts. I then spoke with Ms. Jentsch and told her the parts were on order and the amount. I told her I would put the receipt on her dining room table. It took about two weeks for the parts to come in. while waiting for the parts I asked Ms. Jentsch for the money for the parts and she has refused to reimburse me. I have made several requests for payment via text she said she was not going to pay me and “why would I pay for something that you broke”. I asked her why did she tell me to order and that she would reimburse me. This is not the first time she has stiffed me. She still owes me for a oil change and a inspection trip. The total she owes me is $125.00. She laughed at me and said you are 50 years old and $125 bucks breaks you?

I received the re imbursement money today. The debt is paid in full. I feel it is very unfortunate that it had to come to this. None the less Thank You Ms. Jentsch!
