Customer purchased product with promises of a weekly order. Demanded extra samples be included in the order. Our turn around time was stellar. They had the product in less than a week with USPS delivery confirmation to prove it. We received very unprofessional emails from Valerie stating that the product was received two weeks later, that it was unsatisfactory, and demanded a refund. Two weeks hadn't even passed since her order! Upon further research several complaints have been filed against this woman and her companies. Now we know we're not crazy! Do not sell to this woman and even more importantly, do not send her any free goods. She's been trolling the internet for years to receive free products. All we have to say is-- what goes around, comes around Valerie :).

The Hoffmans are Classy Lovely People and I have Never had order issues with them-Val orders weekly from me and is a doll!

How sad people go around being so nasty. I get orders from the Hoffmans every week and unlike most companies they pay on time are very friendly and extremely loyal to their vendors. When I told Val what this creepy woman above said she told me who she-she sold muffins that were old, stale and took weeks to arrive and then complained about refunding! What a jerk! The Hoffmans have now filed a lawsuit against her for defamation-I would never cross Val and Dave, they are hard working honest people and do NOT get stepped on.

Here's a current CT Attorney General document, dated June 10th, 2010 outlining Valerie & her husbands scams against the people of CT and the U.S..   
No one is jealous of you Val - we are all just tired of you ripping people off and getting away with it.

Hoffman WINS again-Warning to Anyone who writes ANYTHING about them-you WILL BE SUED

I am happy to report that the author of this article Ms P has been sued and we are extremely pleased with the Judge’s intelligent decision siding with the Hoffman’s . I just read the court report they sent me.

Let this be a WARNING to anyone who writes ANYTHING about this fine couple!

YOU WILL BE SUED and it WILL COST YOU DEARLY.

 

The party who wrote all these awful comments was just cited today for a $50,000 judgement Mr Hoffman filed and won against her-the judge was clearly disgusted by this baseless garbage he read about this fine couple and congratulated Ms Hoffman for her 21 fine years as one of the nation's most successful entrepreneurs and awarded Mr Hoffman with a HUGE judgement!

We all their friends and fans, could not be happier. God Bless-
