Beware of deadbeat tenant named Paul Wayne Horton. There is more than one people by this name. This report is about the Wayne Horton that operated Tru-Trac axles located in Elm Mott Texas and home office in Winnsboro Texas. This guy has a record of renting a building to operate out of then stops paying rent and when the Owner evicts him, he files an apppeal, thus tying it up in courts for months, expecting more free months rent-free.

The bank is out tens of thousands of dollars, the building owner is out tens of thousands of dollars when attorneys fees are paid to get this deadbeat out of the building, the building owner is also out thousands of dollars in repairing the damage this guy did to the building and grounds. Even his wife threw him out when she found out about his girlfriend and the cellphone and the vehicle and the cash and, well, you get the picture. A fraud to everyone that knows him.

The local bank has already forcibly repossessed what inventory and equipment he was unable to hide away at other locations. He withheld child support payments on employees but never forwarded them to the state and now those employees face jail time, even though Horton withheld it out of their paychecks. He was evan able to convince his office manager to work for weeks on end with promises to pay back wages but eventually the worker gave up with $4,000 in unpaid wages. To date, September 11,2009 this worker has still not been paid a dime in back wages.

Be aware, this guy is a fraud and will look you in the eyes and tell you whatever you want to hear. Sad but true.
