This was not a Company Complaint as this forum is for. It is a Slanderous story to discredit me.
Let's at least set some of the record straight.
A small glimps into the truth. Donna Drake handled our company books had complete and exclusive control of all our money and paid all the bills. She quit paying the bills in May of 1996 and did not tell me about it.
Donna Drake filed for child custody in California in July of 1996 while residing in Idaho.
While I was away from the home working in September 1996 she removed in excess of $40,000.00 cash from our safe deposit box and $20,000.00 cash we kept at home leaving me with $0.00. Got her boyfreind to load all of our home furnishings as well as livestock and help move her to California. Where it does not matter what your state of residency is you can file and take child custody under the protections of California State Law(legal parental kidnaping). Shotly after her relocation I found that she hadn't paid the bills though shut off and forclosure notices. It was too late to save the house. I did eventually get all the utilities paid. Meanwhile, I had to open a new checking account and borrow expense money to go back to work, because she was spending my direct deposit pay check as soon as it was deposited.
As soon as she got to California she started her poor me campain. She stugled sooo hard just to put food on the table and keep a roof over their poor rejected lives. All the while she was sitting on more than $60,000.00 in cash. Still running up the credit cards in my name until they were maxed out.
Moveing though the next few years; The police had to be sumonsed EVERYTIME I picked up the kids for visitation. She would file for child support modification every other month until I could not financially go to California and defend myself. She would lie about my income everytime and not have to answer for these perjuries. She had my child support payments set at $1,600.00 per month for quit some time when I didn't even make that much. I had to save for months to get enough money together and get another hearing to get the child support back to a level that was the standard amount for my income. As soon as the hearing was over, usually the same day, she filed for another child support modification. And, the cycle started all over again. Even when shown to the California Judges that she is repeatedly filing for modification when there are no material changes that would warrant a modification the Judge would alow her to continue to file month after month.
She still gets money from me on a regular basis. Think about it. Everytime I get a little behind I get my Drivers License suspended and can't get it back until the state has recieved payment. One can not possibly go 10 years without a drivers license.
Why file a report here? Ripoff Report is a permanent record! Other complaint sites copy our content then remove reports for money.
