Daniel Hurst-Broaden Technologies Owes $39,000 in back child support Columbus Ohio

Daniel has not made a full child support payment for 5 years and had the nerve to take me to court when he was held in contempt to reduce his child support amount. He was a Computer Engineer while we were married and was fired while we went thru our divorce because of his drug use (reason why we are divorced). Once the Child Support order came out he became a waiter making $2.XX an hour. I received child support payments for $2.14 if anything for nearly 5 years. His arrears now total $39,000 he is required under the new order to pay only $100 a month toward the arrears, at this rate our child will be 390 years old when the amount is paid in full. He also asked his attorney if he would still have to pay child support when "the child" turned 18. He could not even refer to his child by name when asking this question. He has not really been a part of our childs life for 5 1/2 years but that has been his choice. He is a father when it is convinent for him. I do not have the option to be a mother when it is convinent for me, it is a full time 24/7 job you can't pick and choose when you want to be a parent.

He now owns his own company (where did the money come from for that if he cannot pay his child support), covered under an LLC licence so I cannot go after that for back support. He pays himself minimum wage, go figure!!!
