DAVID ALAN BRANTON, JR. IS A WORTHLESS DEADBEAT DAD!!!! Several months ago, he ran out the back door as I pulled up from work (he, of course, did not have a job) and I came in to find our then 16 month old son wandering the house, looking confused. The coward must have run at lightening speed, because by the time I looked out the back, he had crossed our giant yard, a 4 lane highway, and was peeling out of the gas station across the road with his ex. He has never come back, except to break in and steal from us twice.

He has been working for 3 months (probably an all-time record for him) but has not paid me a cent of child support. I have even sent him a letter encouraging him to not abandon his son, to see him because he misses his dad. He totally ignored the letter and has not even mentioned his son's name in front of any of his family since he left. He seems to be pretending that he never existed. In addition to all of this, I am 39 weeks pregnant with his daughter. He is such a deadbeat loser.

I thank God every day for motivating that piece of trash to get off my couch and out of my house because I couldn't seem to make it happen. I just think that he owes his children more. Our son is his only son, has his name and looks just like him. He deserves to be loved (or at least acknowledged) by his dad and supported. Our daughter will probably never know him and she will be better for it I guess.

His dad lives a few minutes from me and has not made any attempt to see the kids. His brother and his aunt are the only one who have. I just hate to see my kids suffer because their father is such a pathetic coward.
