Edwin Lee Palmer (a.k.a. Ed Palmer) has not been paying child support he is legally obligated to pay. For ten years now he has avoided service from the Office of the Attorney General. Ten years ago, Edwin Lee Palmer had his wife, Michele Arnett-Palmer, lie to the private process server hired by the Attorney General...saying Edwin Lee Palmer was not there...but the private process server walked around to the back of the house and caught Edwin Lee Palmer crawling out of a back window...that was the last time Edwin Lee Palmer was served with an order to appear in court. Edwin Lee Palmer owes $16,865.51 as of January 1, 2012, and that amount increases with each day due to nonpayment of child support and interests owed.
