Marcus Adamn Wertz is a deadbeat father. He has refussed to pay child support since February 25, 08. He is over $2,000 behind in payments.
He refusses to see our daughter or call about her. He wont get a job so he dosent have to pay for her. He is not looking for a job and he dosent want to know anything about her.
Deadbeat parents need harder punshment, but instead they are getting a get a of jail free card from our legal system.

Marcus A. Wertz is also a heavy drug addict and alcoholic. He only holds a job long enough to get his fixes, while leaving the bills up too his mentally challenged girlfriend. He was Dishonorably Discharged from the United States Armed Forces for his drug use and bringing drugs onto a US Military Base. His second wife had twin stillbirths by Marcus shortly after because of their constant drug use.

To whom it concerns, I know you are entitled to your own opinions, but I wish to express mine. I will in no way argue any point you have made about Mr. Wertz. I do however dispute the fact that you call his girlfriend mentally challanged. She is one of the brightest, most kind hearted people I have ever known in my life. She would give you her last dime. Her only mistake has been to get involved with Mr. Wertz. Please leave her alone.
