Mark Jacobs Liar, fraudulent DEADBEAT DAD on disabilty so he won't have to pay IRS, child support or alimony, ripoff Wrightwood California

Mark now has a tax lien of over $19,000 and owes child support arrears in excess of $15,000. He is getting married to a school teacher next month and just either quit his job or got laid-off. Why on earth would any woman marry someone like this? Not very smart for a school teacher. I don't know why or how anyone could be that desperate to get involved with a person like this.
Anyone in California that would like to chat or help each other out with these arrears and support issues please email me and lets get our state representatives in gear to help make California and better place to live for our kids and ourselves.

Wow it has been over a year before you posted a follow up on your original “ranting” report after the Judge got mad at you for “wasting” his time in court trying to get your ex-husband to pay for your legal fees instead of settling out of court like your ex-husband wanted to. Didn't the judge get mad at you for refusing to work and trying to say you had Fibromyalgia, a pain disorder that everyone in the world could say they have? How many Americans work with chronic pain? I have worked with Rheumatoid Arthritis patients who went into the work place daily with more pain than fibromyalgia. The judge called your “fibromyalgia” disease a “basket case disease” to your face and ordered you to get a job.

Your ex-husband had “actual surgery” on his shoulder and his doctor REFUSED to let him go back to work for months. This is what the word “disability” means in case you forgot. I have worked with many patients in the past with the same surgery and it is not easy going back to work after a Doctor splices you open and shaves your bone down while fixing ligaments.

Now…… why would any educated woman want to marry a man with no money and a crazy ex-wife that has nothing to do but rant on the internet? Well if it is NOT for the money honey….. What else do thirty-something year old woman want in a man? Let's just say this High School Science Teacher with a Masters Degree gives him an “A+” for effort, energy, and enthusiasm! He is just a good guy that has had a bad batch of life. Why would you rant right before your ex-husband is getting married? It just kills you that he is happy!

Rebuttal Time:
• Dad WANTS to visit his son as much as possible. Why is that a bad thing? He loves his son.
• Weekday visitations give Dad a chance to talk to his teacher since son does not bring books home for homework unless Dad physically goes into class room to get them.
• All 3 cars mentioned were old broken down fixer uppers worth less than $500 each yet Deborah Prewitt lives at her parents and drove their car living with very little bills refusing to work. Mark's disability probably forced her back to work…… not a bad thing if you ask me.
• Too bad no one reads the paper anymore otherwise Mark would still be working at the Times. Instead, he is forced to go back to school and be retrained for a second career like so many Americans in this harsh economic time.

• Deborah tries to schedule doctor appointments and other activities on Mark's visitation day so Mark has to sit in an office instead of actually “visiting” his son.

Finally, since you want to make your illegal behavior public, here is what you should not have done if you were a good Mom:
• Mom took child on Father's Day after his Grandparents came down from up north for child's Birthday. Every Father deserves to see his son on Father's Day!
• Mom pulled child out of school early on Father's visitation day more than one time. What are her intentions since it is NOT her visitation day?
• Mom puts pad locks on house gates so the police cannot get onto the premises to retrieve the child on Father's visitation days (Don't you trust that the police will do the right thing according to the court orders)
• Mom told son that he could go whale watching with Dad on her weekend if he came home early on Dad's weekday but at the drop off…..Mom changed her mind so Dad had to take son back on his week day thus going whale watching without his son. This is why police were called when son was 8 yrs old since Mom tried to trick Dad with an early drop off in exchange for NOTHING!
• Mom does not enforce homework where Dad has to physically go into son's classroom to get homework since son does not bring homework out of the classroom. Thank goodness Dad married a teacher so son can get extra help with school work at home.
• Mom demanded Dad to help son with science project then Mom went inside the school to take and destroy project Dad helped him with in order to replace it with project Mom helped son with. Why ask Dad to help in the first place? Where is the science project now?
• Mom did not contact Mark on a minimum day where he must meet her at 2:30 at drop off area. Mark went to drop off area then he went to the elementary school for teacher conference letting Mother know where he was at all times. Mom never scheduled the drop off after she missed the 2:30pm half way point. Then recently she made court comments stating the 2:30pm pick up is at the school because she FORGOT the incident was a minimum day thus making recollection mistakes.

I can go on but I have better things to do than to rant on the internet to strangers………
All this ranting and raving is hurting the child in the end. Stop breaking court orders and stop trying to keep Mark's son from him. It is not ethical and it is not moral. It is not nice!

First of all, you may want to ask yourself what right do you even have in commenting on the child custody issue between Mark and Deb.  You are an outsider looking in and I am afraid you are in a bit of surprise as the years to come passes, unless Mark stays on his medication.

Yes, the concern should be about the boy, but I'm afraid you are looking at the opposite way when it comes to "T". He is not even your concern, you are merely a plug and play step-mom. 

FYI, the Mark burnt bridges at the Times for the lack of attendance and other issues so don't go wheeling it was because of economic times he lost his job.
