I am going to court again on 3/7/2006 to get the final judgment on my child support case. This hearing is for the uncovered medical cost from April 1999 - December 2005. Richard owes back to me the sum of $8230.88 in back uncovered medical. Principal is $5317.50 plus interest of $2913.38 which equals $8230.88. I have also mailed off my demand letter (3/1/2006) giving him thirty (30) days to pay what he owes for January and February 2006. That total is: Child support of $1540.19, and medical for our son Steven $203.69. If this is not paid by March 1, 2006 (which he won't pay because he is a deadbeat) then I will be fililng Contempt of Court Order papers against him.
Contemp of Court-Behavior in or out of court that violates a court order, or otherwise dirupts or shows disregard for the court. Refusing to answer a proper question, to file court papers on time or to follow local court rules punishable by fine or imprisonment.
He would rather have me go back to court then to pay what he has been court ordered to pay. This is not how a father acts towards his children. He would rather have their step-father and I take care of his responsibilities, because he is not man enough to take care of them. I do agree that their is something wrong with a women (his current wife Kelly) who would get involved, and stay involved, with a "man" (I use that word loosley) who can't act like a man should, which is take care of his responsibilities.
There is a group (((REDACTED))) that does nothing but help custodial parents collect on back and current child support. I have already enlisted their help in colecting what is owed back to my 2 children. Their is a lien on their house for $63000.00 and their house is only valued at $769100.00. This goup will hopefully be able to collect the back child support that is due my children, instead of waiting until he dies and having to fight with his "wife" for what rightfully belongs to my 2 children. He thinks that I should have some compassion because he has another daughter with this women. That I am not cabable of doing because he cannot take care of the first 2 children that he helped bring into this world. His life is going to become nothing but harder for him once I have the final judgment in hand. I will make his name, address and phone number known to ALL the elected officials in CA and CT and also to the media, as to what he does to his first 2 children here in CA. How he can't pay what he is supposed to pay. It is his own fault that the children want nothing to do with him. He lies to them, you don't lie to your children.
As far as the rest of his family is concerned, his mother who lives in Florida has had nothing to do with the kids, that is also by her own doing. His sister, who thinks that after all of these years that she should be able to start a relationship with my children, get over it Angie, they want nothing to do with you. You have never had contact with Steve and Stefanie read what you think about her mother, that I am a drunk and a drug addict and would try to seduce your brother. Worry about your own life. Stay out of mine. The kids want NOTHING to do with you either. You only want contact because I won't allow you brother contact for not taking care of his responsibilities. Focus on you own family.
The saga will continue....I will let the site know what happens in court on 3/7/2006.
