Ronald Eugene Spaulding ripoff totally disappeared when served for paternity test and child support dead beat dad Cleveland Tennessee

Ronald Eugene Spaulding, Is a deciever!!! He actually called tell me that he wanted to start paying child support and come see his daughter who is now 2 yrs old and he has never seen her.
On Saturday Nov. 20 2004 Ron, came to Alabamd from Cleveland , Tn where he lives to see his daughter for the first time .
Baring small gifts and huge lies, He spend a few hours with his daughter and she having not ever seen him before didnt have much to do with him . Then the true reason for his coming was manifested. He only came here to try to get back with me giving me a sad soppy story of how he tried to kill his self cause he " LOVES ME SO MUCH" he even had to go to a mental hospital.
well they should have kept him there!!! he was all over me, and when I told him that it wasnt going to happen with me and him that he could not be touching me. he apologized and said he needed to go to the store and he would be right back, He also told my 7 yr old daughter who absolutely adores him that he would be right back. he left and just disappeared AGAIN. he didnt tell his daughter goodbye or my other daughter. who cried for hours because he left and lied to her. he told me that he was working at the Sonic in Athen, Tn. when my child support worker caleed , they never heard of him " what a big surprise"
so now he not only skipped on his daughter once he did it twice.
What a loser. I just beg my daughter to forgive me for chosing Ronald Eugene Spaulding to be her Father.

and he is not paying child support on her either. He is married to a woman named Sheila Spaulding who lives in Hudson, NC

I am so sorry for your babies. I can relate to your story. I am worried about much the same thing happening to my little one.

It is heartbreaking for the children. I am angry at the men who keep doing this over and over to their children. I do not understand how it is possible for them to get away with this type of behavior.

I feel for your babies. I am sorry a man would do such a thing to them. I hear story after story about men who say they want to see their children, but the evidence is so far from them actually doing so, even when they are invited by the mother. I don't know how to help you. Keep us posted. I wish I had better advice for you.

All you can really do, is try to find out where he works, and get his check garnished.

Latest News on Ron, lets see if I can quote it word for word. I will do my best. other daughter's name is Samantha, her Mother's name is Peggy Sue Davis. She either lives in Chattanooga, Tn or Baton Rouge, LA. I am looking for her so that my daughter can get to know her sister. Peggy has a brother named Michael Devito. I am not sure where he lives. Court date to establish paternity was set for April 13,2006 in Oneonta, Al. District Court. RON DID NOT SHOW AGAIN!!!!

Ron called several times before this date and told me he would be at the court hearing but he never showed. What was worse is he talked to his 3 year old daughter and told her that he would be there and afterwards he would take her to the park. I cleared my whole day so that he could spend all day with his daughter and he just didn't show up.... AGAIN... This is a repeated scene with him. Everytime he gets caught in a lie he runs and hides.... I will have to spend the rest of my life begging my daughter to forgive me for letting this "boy" be her father. yes I said boy even though he is 34, because MEN don't act like this and just throw their children away....

I dont understand why people get away with this! My daughter's father took the dna test but only after I hired an attorney, did a search to locate his whereabouts, and my attorney sent him a letter. He still fought it, but instead of going to court he opted to take it, although I had to pay for it.

I don't know if you have the means to hire an attorney but that's what I did and it worked. It seems the SED is pretty much useless when it comes to collecting anything for the children. They gave me nothing but the run around for months, and then closed my case because they "couldn't establish paternity."

You could also try hiring a pi to locate him. Or Do a background report for about 25.00, and locate him, and have him served, not that he'll show up, but maybe there's a "contempt of court" issue at that point, where he can be arrested, and made to take a dna test?

Paternity Test was given and he was proven the Father of my daughter. He disappeared again. But I do have to say that on Sept. 16,2008 after almost 6 yrs I FINALLY, got a check for 145.20 from Ronald in child support and I want to just God the praise for it. Iplace it in God's hands and I know that he will work it all out.
