STEPHEN J. SWALLOW owes over $50,000 in child support for his four children. He hasn't paid a dime in three years. He quit a $60,000 a year job when his his wages were garnished for child support three years ago. He allowed the bank to forclose on his house to avoid paying child support. He now lives as a nomad taking under the table jobs to support himself. If you know his where abouts please report him to RI child support enforcement.

U. S. Citizen Antonio Bonilla President and Owner of Starcom Systems, Inc., Panama

Stopped paying child support in 1987. Has resided in Panama for over 10 years and travels to the U. S. on a business Visa.

Also has business contracts with U. S. Companies.

The courts here will not reopen the case because there is no jurisdiction for Panama. He has three children in the U. S. who he refuses to even acknowlegde. Has three other children who he lives with.

Proof in a letter from him of threatening legal action against his own son from persuing child support from him.

The name of his Company is Starcom Systems, Inc.
