My ex-husband, TJ, is a Deadbeat Dad. I have been trying for 7 years to collect child support for my children. I had over $15,000 in arrears in Montgomery County PA. He had a bench warrant for 8 months. I called the sheriff's office every week for 8 months and had an address for him but they never picked him up. It was not a priority to them. I now have a case in Chester County against him and so far have not seen a dime. I can't take my daughter to her orthodontist appts because I can't pay them.

I am currently on unemployment and struggling to survive. I have tried everything to get the authorities to make him pay but he keeps quitting jobs and moving around. He is married to a woman named Kelly and he nevers sees my two youngest daughters, who are still at home. I have given him many chances to make things right but he always seems to play me for a fool. I now have full physical and legal custody of my daughters. My oldest daughter is in the custody of the state because he would not help with her and she was uncontrollable.

If anybody knows where he is please turn him into the police. His driver's license is suspended...but drives a maroon Plymouth Voyager van. He is 5'10'' receding hairline, hazel eyes...occaisionally wears glasses. He is about 170lbs. caucasion. a scar on the right side of his neck.

His wife Kelly, has a sister in Illinois named Lorie and a mother in Meyerstown PA. His father lives in Texas and he has a sister in Westchester, PA and brother in Ohio.
