Thomas Joseph Long Rip off Dead Beat Dad for 12 years Anaheim California

Thomas Long has been dodging his Child support for 12 years and is now over $43,000 in arrears. My beautiful daughter has been promised so much from him to include making payments to help her, but has yet to keep one promise. She has asked me over and over again what she has done to be treated like this by him. She was just over 1 when he left us and has been keeping in contact on and off, I believe for his own benefit and at his convenience. My daughter is now a teenager and I am preparing her for college. It has been mentally draining on her as well as me because of his inability to fulfill his responsibility as a Dad.

I would welcome any help given to us to remedy this problem. I am only asking to better my daughter's chances in this world. Since this is as much his responsibility as mine then someone must support her and fight for her rights as his daughter. I moved back to my parents once he abandoned us and since have moved on in making a better life for us. I need help in securing a future for my daughter that I was not given and one that he is trying desperately to avoid. Please help us even if it is nothing more then information.
