Dead beat Dad. Does not work. Still lives at home with Mommie. Has not paid child support since child was born in Dec 2000. Tells everyone I am trying to take away his parental rights when I haven't talked to him in over 3 mo. He out of the blue calls me and tells me to draw up papers and he will sign them. He only does this when he is mad at him mom. I want to change my childs last name and he won't let me.
