Alyce Nicole Heath She owed me $2500 and was to repay it on December 11, but used it for cocaine. Dade City Florida

Alyce Heath was told to provide funds to her children via the government should she receive a large check. She cashed a $11,000 check she received from an insurance settlement. Rather than pay bills, she bought crack cocaine and spent it all on drugs within one week. She didn't even buy her children a gift. Her children are in the custody of her cousin, Mary Stone. Alyce is to go to jail 1-8-09 via Dade City Probation office. She bought a 1997 Ford Explorer with some of the funds, but the rest went to drugs which she shares with her boyfriend, also a known drug user, Michael Harrison. Mr. Harrison has been jailed for drug use. Alyce does not provide at all for her two girls nor did she give them any of the monies she received from the insurance check. She owed me $2500 which she was to repay when she received the check, but did not do so. For violation of probation, she will be incarcerated for 18 months. This woman should not be on the streets nor around the public. She has also comitted medicare, food stamp and insurance fraud; all of which are being investigated. It is my hope that she pays her debt to society for a very long time. She is a sociopath in the most definite sense.
