Kristin is a Deadbeat Parent.... Lst custody of 5 children. Has never paid childsupport and has abandon her children emotionally and physically. She has even attempted to fight me in court without cause and lost on many occasions.
She took the only transportation when she left. Allowed her freinds to drive our family van yet would not allow us to have it back after judges order. She has 2 WARRANTS out for her arrest.... ONE for giving a false name to Law Enforcement when caught driving on suspended License for not paying child support. SECOND for not paying or appearing in court for NOT PAYING child support....
Her Child support is in rearage of over $30,000. Some one has to know where she is. She needs to pay and be held acountable.
Her Mother in Miami Carla Robinson / Carla LYON who's phone Number is 305-500-9738. Her mother hears from her and has helped her to aviod these charges and does not disclose info about her. She is also to blame for this action taken by her daughter.
Carla Robinson is also responsible in allowing the STEP grand father to Molest her (at the time)14 year old Grand Daughter His name is KARL LYON... When Grand Daughter confided in her while on vacation.... Karl and Carla made her out to be CRAZY..... and Carla is in denial of htis happening...
If someone can please help us with any information in the capture of their mother Kristin Whitcomb..............or evidence which leads to a conviction of Karl Lyon who has been known to go to other countries to have sexual encounters with underage girls.

She lives in Miami Florida with her husband Karl Lyon.... Her name is now Carla Lyon.....

anything over 5000 owed is a FEDERAL offence and he can go to federal prison. If someone is paying him under the table so that he does not have to pay then the business is liable to the child support. (I owned a business and had an employee that I had to garnish). There is a company in Florida that has been collecting back child support for 23 years. Give them a call. It costs nothing for a consultation. the owner is a private investigator, collector, and skip tracer. They not only garnish their wages but they also put a lein on anything that they own house, car, etc. You can get their info on BBB.com and search "cash flow management system". I may have some information regarding her mothers current location as well as the step father mentioned in the report.
Can you identify the step father from a picture? Does either Carla or Karl like sailing?
I suspect my info is correct based on some basic checks I made and tied together with your story info. Please let me know and I will try and assist if I can
