AAFES Connie Hays Nothing has changed Ft Huachuca, Arizona

I used to work at Greely Hall, with Connie, and I filed numerous complaints trying to help out the individuals who eat as well as work at Greely Hall, but got no where.
I even went to HR and finally was told that I was going to get no where with my complaints.
I even went so far as to file a complaint with the AG of AAFES in Texas. I received word 6 months later that they investigated the 21 complaints and would retrain her.
This was over 9 years ago and she is still doing the same thing. She abuses her employees as well as the customers. If you say anything or turn her in she screams prejudice and discrimination. Then the GM of AAFES at the time would go no where with it and tell whomever complained to work with her. I agree, time to get her gone. I loved my job there and if she was gone I would go back. I was good at my job and most peole there knew me and came to me with their complaints. I even got to be friendly with the General of the day.
Good luck to all who work under her. Your work life expectancy under her is not very high.
