AdvancedBright ,Iwinwhitening deceptive advertising, using Colgate brand to lure customers to order free whitening kit for S & H only. 2 wks later, credit card billed for $88.97 Glendale California

responded to ad for free Colgate whitening kit, just pay $4.99, S & H. 2 weeks later was billed $88.97 for "refill", charged to my credit card. I immediately called AdvancedBright, and was told there was nothing I could do about it. I was told not to notify my credit card co, and not to return the product. I was told I need a special code for returns, and he would not give me the code. If I returned the product, it would not be accepted, but trashed.
I called Colgate, and found that they had nothing to do with this co, and were actively addressing the issue. Colgates name and products are all over the offer, and it came with a Colgate toothpaste, brush and floss.
I am still fighting to get my money back-don't fall for this scam!!
