Caring Touch Dental Of Oceanside - Brenda Tucker rip off Doctor overcharges hmo patients and then skips town Oceanside California

Dr. Tucker bought this office from Dr. Leizerovtz some of you may know this name , like i do. he is a scam HMO Dr. too. i thought i was happy to hear that Dr. Tucker bought this Dental office boy i was wrong.

She was just as bad as he was. i have been trying for over a year to get my money back. I went into the office and spoke with staff Judy and Jae which was from a differnet office that Dr. Tucker owns too. one time i was there i heard Judy telling Dr. Tucker and i was there and i wanted my refund, Dr. Tucker said i don't have any money i need it to cover payroll.

Judy was very nice she said what do u want me to tell her then? Dr. Tucker said, (I quote her) tell her the refund went ti corp office and it takes 30 days.

Judy did tell me to call back in a week she would check on it. i could tell Judy was very upset about the lie. Judy never lied to the patients. i can say that. she did tell me she would call Jae @ the other office to help with the refund.

i felt very sorry for these workers. Dr. Tucker Just doesn't want to give us our money back. in December i stoppedin and saw dr. tucker at the front desk she was taking on the phone about not having any money because she bought a dental office for 1.4 million and its not worth 400 thousand she was unable to pay the note and the lease at this time that she would have her civil atty call them.

this was very alarming i was never going to get my money back. now i have learned that she is suing Dr. Liezerovtz and she has closed the office down for good. But she has a redlands office i have called there and she has taken a leave of asbence how nice of her... she is running.....
