I decided to try the free sample of Dazzle White. Shortly after placing the order I decided to research the product and found a string of ripoff reports as long as my arm. I immediately called and canceled all products but still wanted the free trial. I was told clearly by two different reps that as long as I returned the product I would not be charged. I returned the product immediately after receiving it and nervously kept checking my bank account.

I was not to be disappointed, two days ago a charge of 79.95 showed up. I immediately went online to find the number again and guess what--Dazzle White had disappeared. no more website. I had to hunt around and finally found them under the name Dazzle Smile! (The charge on my account was from White Smile) I found a completely different number and reached a rep who told me that as soon as my product reaches them I will be refunded--but they haven't gotten it back yet, even though I mailed it two weeks ago. I have a feeling they aren't going to 'find' it.

Do not mess with this company. I was sharp enough to read the fine print and realize that with ordering the free sample i was also 'signing up' for two additional worthless services which I instantly canceled. These people are sly and crooked, stay away from them, they are not worth a whole truckload of free samples.
