Office made an appt knowing I had CIGNA HMO dental insurance.  They examined me and did xrays, went over the extensive work that had to be done, only to be told at the end that their fees were mugh higher than CIGNA HMO's patient charge schedule and they could not accept the fees CIGNA HMO sets.  Bait and switch. They said they needed to collect lab fees on top of crowns and CIGNA HMO told me that they are not supposed to charge the patient lab fees.
