This ripoff report is about Drew Griffith, DDS of Washington NJ. If you are looking a dentist I would not go to this Dentist. I had the worst experience with him. When you are looking for a dentist you are looking for a doctor. Someone you can trust and go to when your in pain and need help. You will not find any type of compations or caring at this place. It is all about money and he lets you know it loud and clear.
I started out going to him in October. I was looking for a dentist closer to my home. I was able to get an appointment. I had just had a root canal done and I knew I need a post and crown. A crown on another tooth that already had a post. And, I had a pain in the left side of my mouth.
After the first visit his receptionist let me know that my dental was maxed out for the year. That was fine so we scheduled an appointment for Jan.
But, after about 2 weeks the temp. crown feel off. I called up to see if he could just glue it back on. The receptionist let me know that only if I came in with money would he. They she told me to just polygrip it!
I had to go to another dentist to get the hole in my mouth fixed! He also x-rayed and looked at the other side of my mouth and told me that I need a root canal not a mouth piece like Dr. Griffith had told me.
I called today to cancel my appointment with him and the receptionist told me that she already canceled it because I had a balance of $92.00 from my first visit....
WOW, glad I didn't show up for that one. But, it would have been nice if the bxxxx would have called me.....
