These guys have found a way of operating just within the (US) law.
The free sample you ordered turns up OK and you receive an e-mail confirming it's been sent. What you could easily overlook is the need to cancel the Lifetime Offer of "free" tooth whitener that you didn't know you had signed up to. Otherwise they help themselves to $100 for this lifetime supply.
All you have to pay is their shipping costs and who knows what they will be?

The goo they send looks like any other tooth whitener you can get at the shop.
You have 14 days to cancel and not a minute longer as they have a No Cancellation "policy"! There is no mention of this when you order.

It speaks volumes about the rubbish they are peddling if this is the best way they can make their money, by catching you while you're not looking. And hey! it's all in the terms and conditions.

The internet is a great device to get products to the consumer. When Healthbuy and their oh so smart lawyers abuse the trust created by loads of other companies it does harm to the whole system. Let's hope they rot.
