Ivory White Deceptive business practices; total scam Boulder, Colorado

This company is a scam and is stealing money from unsuspecting consumers.  Buyer beware.  The free trial offer is far from free.  I was charged $78.41 at least twice and had no idea that this was a monthly "fee".

My son received a "pop up" offer for a "free" Iphone.  I went along with my son's request only to prove to him that "nothing is for free".  After he filled out a ton of questions, he had to chose (2) items.  I provided my credit card to order Netflix and  the "free" trial offer for Ivory White.  When I clicked on the link for Ivory White it flashed very quickly that there was a $78.41 charge so I cancelled out of everything.  Because I had already loaded my credit card to the site it must have processed anyway.

I did not realize I was charged until I received my credit card statement.  I immediately notified my credit card company and contacted Ivory White.  I explained the situation to them in how I cancelled the transaction once I realized that the "free" trial was not free.  But they would have none of it.  I was given an RMA # 32109389 and was told I could return the second shipment for a full refund.  I tried explaning to "Marina" that I had never accepted the terms of their offer in the first place and that I expected a full refund.  After getting absolutely no where with her, I asked for a supervisor.  I actually did receive a call back but got no where there either.  I also informed her that the Connecticut Attorney General would be copied on the letter I was sending as well.

It is hard to believe a company like this can still be in business.  I will be happy to provide further information if required.
