I am still amazed that people don't read the fine print and terms and conditions before they buy online. By not being proactive and watching out for OWN good you will constantly leave the door for future suffering.
I went to www.ivorywhite.com to investigate this scam and look what it said that you have to agree to before you buy!

Ivory White's No-Hassle Product Return Policy
You can cancel in two easy ways; call our customer service center at 1-800-964-4593 or email our Customer Care at CustomerService@IvoryWhite.com if you wish to cancel.
If you cancel during the Free Trial introduction offer, you will be given 15 days from the day you cancel to return the unopened, unused Complete Program portion of the whitening program (the two unused syringes in the Complete Program box) in order to ensure you will not be billed for the Complete Program.
For subsequent shipments in the ConstantDazzlerâ„¢ program, you may only return the remaining product from the most recent shipment for credit and an applicable 25% destruction/restocking fee will be deducted from your total credit amount. To receive a refund on returned product an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number) must be issued within 30 days and this RMA must be on the package in order for credit to be issued. Product which has its seal broken cannot be returned. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. The rebutal about reading before you sign up is almost valid. The copy and pasted terms are only found on the "check box if you have read and understand" part. All the "terms and conditions" located everywhere else do not state the charge and shipment policies as detailed. It is a shifty and scandelous way of stating terms and conditions. The BBB gave Ivory White an F and has a detailed description of why they graded them so harshly.
BTW: I noticed that the person that responded stating Ivory White's legitimacy is located in Jasper, Colorado. Ivory White has 2 addresses both are in ........wait for it.......Boulder & Golden, Colorado. Coincidence?
