My son was offered a sample. Then they charged his debt card $84 on Nov. 23 for that sample. After realizing what occurred my son contacted the company to have the account closed. That was on Dec.22. Seems they had already mailed another shipment on the 21st which arrived the 24th. He refused to take the package and had it returned. They charged his card again on the 23rd even though he had received confirmation that the account had been closed.

Upon calling the company he was informed that he was charged because he didn't cancel until the shipment had left the warehouse. When he told them that he didn't accept the package he was told that he was suppose to call them for a return tracking number before returning it and because he didn't he would not receive a refund. When the woman was asked how he could have known that if the package was never in his possession he was told it was stated in their terms and conditions. After reading every last word of the terms and conditions I can assure you there is NOTHING about returns in it. I talked to the woman at Ivory White myself and when I got frustrated with her non-sense and tried to point out that there is nothing about returns in the terms and conditions she informed me that she wouldn't be spoken to in a hostile (aka truthful) manner and would terminate the call if I continued to speak to her with an agitated tone. Some nerve!

He has had to file a dispute with the bank in order to try to get his money back. After reading other complaints on another site I advised him to report his card lost so that they could not use another company name to charge his account.  We are still not sure if he will be getting his money back or not. These people have no ethics, integrity, or scruples.
