Ivory White Charged me for full price of product when it was a free trial and all i had to pay was shipping and handling. Then I called their customer service and they only refunded $45 of $127 cause they charged Boulder, Colorado

 I accepted a free trial for Ivory white whitening strips and payed the required shipping and handling. After this they charged my account $78.00 . So I called their customer service and they said that I had to reply to an email within 10 minutes after the accepting terms and because I didn't . They charged me this $78.00. So i asked to talk to a supervisor and the customer service rep didn't allow me to and said  that all she could do was cancel my account and not receive any further charges and be refunded only $45.00.  Then the next day they refunded the $45.00 to my account but then they charged another 78.00. Bringing my account negative 127.00 just because of their company.
