Ivory White scams Sacramento California

hey guys these ppl never even sent me the product n i called like 2 or 3 weeks later to find out why i havent recieved my product n the lady said sorry n bla bla n then was like okay well here is the tracking number and try to track it down cuz we already sent it... n then when i called today since i still havent recievd the product n the lady siad oh well its to late now cuz we have already charged ur account n said we cant do anything about it.. so please tell me why you would charge a customer if the customer hasnt recived the product.. and she says how do i know your not lying.. wow i was in shock when i heard her say that.. and when i asked to speak to the dirctor of the company they said he doesnt speak to customers but does take letters... what type of company does that if you believe in your company why not work with your customers.. that doesnt fit in my brain i dont know bout any of you folks. but when i told the lady that she said well he is too busy with other things and doesnt have time to talk to his customers.. what type of company is that why would you make a company that you dont believe in yourself, specially if you dont have the nerv to talk to customers. i will be letting everyone and anyone that i know to never use this product that includes finding any site and any way of advertising against this company why do this to customers.. when we already know how our country is right now. we are in a state where millions are loosing thier jobs, and most dont have money.. but all in all i will do all i can to go against this company .. each customer is only worth $78 dollers and their are millions that they have scammed, they dont care about thier product they only care about making money and living large.. thanks for reading this and anyone that feels like they can help me please email me at (((ROR REDACTED)))
