I signed up for a 1.00 trial for Ivory White. I suppose I accidentaly clicked agreed to their terms and conditions because i would have never agreed for them to charge me 78.41. I was out of town with an emegancy when shipment arrived and couldn't comply if I wanted to.

When i tried to remedy the situation the customer service reps (linsay) were nasty and non helpful. They refunded me only 40.00. When i asked about the remaining 33.41 i was told that i was being a unreasonable customer and if i said one more word they were not going to refund the 40.00 they just agreed to.
