I signed my wife up for the program. We received the package on June 11, 2008. The instructions for the trail say to use it for five days. She used it for five days, didn't like the results, and I cancelled on June 20, 2008. Ivory White had already charged my account on June 19, 2008. However, Ivorywhite tells me that the trial began on June 9th, 2008 when they shipped the package and since it was outside the 10 day trial period they could not refund my money. They were amazingly flipant and uncaring. They pretty much all sounded like trained dogs taught to say no and there was no flexibility. I'm not sure how it is legal for them to start a trial period before the customer has received the product, nor why they cannot issue a refund under any circustances. The Supervisor told me that they start the trial when they ship it, allow three days for shipping and give you a week. Well if it takes three days to ship, so you would received it at the earliest at the end of the third day of the trial. Then you are supposed to try it for five days and then cancel it. So you basically have two days to cancel after using it because they charge your card on the tenth day by their clock. They are incredibly calous, uncarring, and deliberalty underhanded in order to nail everybody for that first charge.
