Luminous Brites Aka Genix Teeth Whitening Sample SCAM!!! Glendale California

As the other person who reported this company I too ordered a sample of this teeth whitening product. When I made my purchase it did not include the terms and conditions that was later emailed to me that stated:

"Upon ordering, you agree to pay the shipping and handling fees for the free trial shipment. If you enjoy the product do nothing and 20 days from your free trial purchase date and every 30 days thereafter you will be sent another fresh 30 day supply of LuminousBrites and the form of payment that you used to order the trial will be billed the Member's Only price of $79.99 plus $8.99 shipping and handling for a total of $88.97 for the monthly value-shipment package. "

WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD I AGREE TO PAYING OVER $80 A MONTH WHEN A PROFESSIONAL TEETH WHITEING PROCEDURE IS LESS EXPENSIVE.

Anyways when I called into the customer service number the guy who answered pretended that they were a morgage company...then I called again later and they pretended to be a Hoodia products company....and then I called in a third time and I got them to admit they sell the tooth whitening product. I am not sure if they are running a dirty business with all three products but when I asked for the manager or supervisor the guy hung up on me. And they hung up on me a total of 3 times...before I just gave up.

I suggest you immediatley cancel your credit card and file a unauthorized transaction chargeback ASAP!!!

This company is not to far from my house and I am thinking of going down there with the police.
