LuminousBrites Luminous Brites: not a "get what you see" company Glendale California

Luminous Brites offered a free trial (pay s/h only). I did not want to get involved in an enrollment program or be charged for anything beyond the s/h at any point so I thoroughly searched what appeared to be the entire offer to make sure it was really a one time free trial, period.

Sure enough, I received more unwanted products, in fact two shipments now, and charge $88.97 without my consent twice. I have gotten the run around on the phone and email including not getting responses to my last two emails. The first and only email they responded to was 'sassy' and rude and didn't address my question about getting the information I needed for a return/refund at all. The man I spoke to during my second phone call was also rude and even agreed with me that the company "can choose to ignore my emails if they want to" if that is the only way to get the information needed for a refund as I have been told.

I will be telling all of my friends and family via email and my facebook account to beware of this company. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, Internet Crime Center and Glendale Chamber of Commerce about Luminous Brites. I hope you will do the same if you are in my shoes.
