As the Vice President of Sales of a Fortune 1000 company, I understand the sales mentality however I never expected a used carsalesman to approach me especially considerering he was suppose be a doctor in a dental office. I was on an assingment out of my normal hometown and I needed some immediate dental work. I did some research online and was very impressed with Stapleys Smiles website as well as their brand new state of the art office.

Do NOT let this fool you. It was absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life and it constantly reminds me of what sales people are supposed to do namely provide a solution for someones need. Keep in mind, this is a dentist HE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE SELLING ME procedures I dont need. Most doctors take an oath to help their patients in whats best needed for their recovery.

My experience at this chop shop illuminates my sales force on what NOT to do. Do NOT go to this dental shop unless your willing to throw your money away and end up having to have the procedure repeated at a reputable dentist. Bottomline I lost a tooth and was seen immediately where I was told I needed a root canal which i later found out none was needed. The crown and root canal cost me well over $3000 only to find out that the Lavatech Crown that I supposedly purchased was not a Lavatech at all but a Porcelain Fused to metal almost cost about $1200 less.

I could only expect this type of behavior from a mechanic at a used car dealership but then once again this is STAPLEY SMILES. As a result I have filed complaints with the Arizona Dental Board, Arizona Attorney General and BBB. I advised ANYONE thats considering this office for any work go anywhere but here unless you like throwing your money away and enjoy sitting in a dental chair for work thats going to have to be repeated at a real dental office. Im still consulting with an attorney to find out whether or not he really is even a certified dentist. DO NOT GO HERE!
