star bright dental d.m.d hai xa beware!!!! dentist does 1/4 off the job n wants u to go to someone else to fix his work n bill star bright....wow las vegas, Nevada

my husband went to see this so-called dentist Hai Xa on Saturday 11/13 to get a flipper(partial retainer) made and we told this dentist that he was working out of state n could not return until after the holidays he guaranteed us they would accommodate us n we would have no problems!!!!! well the first retainer came in we went back n got it THE TOOTH was BUCKED!!!!!! they did another molding n sent that out i had to return Monday 11/15 to pick up the new one n mail it to my husband out of state... he got it 3 days later Thursday 11/18 n what do ya know the retainer didn't fit i mean it wouldn't even stay in his mouth unless he put his tongue to the roof of his mouth to hold it up n the tooth was to short.......so Friday 11/20 i call them n tell them the situation n ask for a refund...... Star the manager calls me n tells i have 2 options go to another dentist in Utah n have them fix the retainer n have that dentist bill the las Vegas office that screwed up (or pay for it n they will rein burst me) or she wants their property (that i paid $320.00 for) back by Wednesday 11/25 in order for me to get a full refund..... i ask her for the other piece to my husbands retainer n she says she doesn't have it n basically calls me a liar...n hangs up on me 2 times n puts me on hold without saying hold on.. i end up driving to the office to talk to the dentist that assured us he would accommodate us n  of course he wasn't in..they basically said he can walk around toothless in order to get our money back... i called my normal dentist who was actually on vacation that same Saturday n she tells me it cost $50 to repair the retainer...... wow did we get screwed i said to her!!!!! so i'm still fighting for my money i asked for Stars bosses contact info n they tell me its a corporate office that they don't have the number to..... how conveniant.....
