dr roger chang and dr tui both of waterford dental clinic - in strip mall in pleasanton dublin and fremont.1. put dental implant in wrong place. 2.use substandard materials, 3.had to spend a large sums of money to have all dental work redone. 4.so if i were you avoid these scam artists, and save yourself the pain and suffering of going through all procedures twice. pick a different dentist office or you will be sorry.
