Western Dental Centers, fraud, ripoff, scam, billing errors, con artists, over charge Compton California

My husband and I joined Western Dental's own Millenium insurance plan in April 2000. We both had some work done the same day and we were told that we would be making monthly payments for the work that was done.

We both made payments, two separate ones for each of us. I paid mine off first because the balance was less than my husband's. I received my last bill stating that I had a balance of $0. I kept that bill for a year and then shredded it.

In November of 2002 I received a bill saying that I owed Western Dental $330. I was livid. They said that no way had I paid off my entire balance. They kept insisting that i show them a copy of the bill with the $0 balance on it. They knew chances were good that I didn't have the bill anymore.

My account was sent to collections and it is now a derogatory part of my credit history.

The same thing eventually happened with my husband's account. And again they insisted on seeing the final bill with $0 balance, which we did not have anymore.

Now Western Dental is a derogatory part of my husband's credit history.

These con artists wanted us to pay twice for services that had already been paid in full. We basically told them where to get off because we were not going to pay another penny to them. They supposedly showed no record of most of our payments. They are dishonest and they are rip-off's. Please don't ever go there or take anyone you care about there.
