The next week i had robbery detectives harassing me through the mail

If you are a suspect in a violent crime, they are not going to contact you through the mail.  They are going to give you "personal" attention by sending some very nice detectives to your residence.

I would really love to hear the REAL story, if in fact this happened at all.

The police wanted to make a report over the phone?? If you were assaulted then you should have gone to the Police Department and made a complaint

Robbery detectives were harassing you through the mail?? That makes no sense at all! You were prosecuted because you were charged with a crime

You did not pay your lawyer therefore you she had no obligation to represent you - YET you stated you had your receipt? What receipt?

Your report has way too many holes to be playing the victim

What to do. Per your posts you were not gulty of any of the charges filed against you. But because you were "scared for your life" you decided to file a no contest plea. This has led to you being on probation. At this point the only thing you can do is to honor your probation and not get into any trouble duringthat time. If there are any further charges against you, you will be facing jail time for that offense and jail time for the charges you "didn't commit".

If you weren't guilty you should have faught these charges in court. A good way to do that would have been to pay your attorney as you were supposed to. Also if the charge was grandtheft there was a dollar amount the company says was stolen. You wouldn't be the first person who has claimed their innocence even if they weren't. But again, my suggestion is to walk a very straight line until your probation is completed and you may want tocheck into anger management classes. There's definately a problem judging by your responses you've posted.

Let me see if I'm getting this right.

You went to Kohl's and bought something for $70. You get outside and two security guards beat you to the consistency of hamburger meat for absolutely no reason at all. You called the police to go after these two, yet they turn on you for some reason, and start harrassing you, the alleged victim, instead (and through the mail, I might add). You also say that someone tampered with the store surveillance (maybe with a computer) to make it appear that you were committing armed robbery when you actually weren't.

This ROR is missing more detail than instructions for IKEA furniture.

Answer the following questions:

1. Why would Kohl's want to frame you? If anything, it'd cost them money to do so.

2. How does someone tamper with a video to make it look like you're committing armed robbery?

3. Why did you plead "no contest"? Heck, if you were innocent, you could've sued Kohl's back to the Stone Age and never had to work again.

4. You have a constitutional right to an attorney. Why didn't the court delay the trial if your lawyer didn't show up?

5. What happened to this witness?

6. Why would the guards attack you in such a violent manner unless you assaulted them?
