I ordered 2 ac/heat units, they sent my invoice and email stating they were shipped, a week later i had to call because i never recieved them, this is when they told me they were back ordered for 30 days.

I told them i needed my units and could you send me a comparable and work with me on the price since i have been held up for a week, so they said the next unit up was fifty dollars more, i have called numerous times trying to resolve this and reps were suppose to call back which they never did.

I finally got someone sunday, but they said they would call me first thing monday morning but they didn't and i had to call them again, but i called the manufacturer first to find out which unit was comparable and they gave me a totally different unit which was cheaper.

I called back to order these units and they still didn't want to work with me and their customer service lacks a lot. They are always right or try to blame someone else and try to get you to pay more after already waiting for a week. It has now been 1 1/2 week and i am still waiting for my units, i will not ever buy from them again.
And i suggest if you buy from them be careful not to get treated the same way i have been. And spread the word and maybe we can change the ways this company works,,, They are all about PROFIT, not customer service after they have your money.
