Check your store receipts carefully after checking out at Ames Dept Stores. I regularly find that I am charged full price for items that appear in their circulars as "on sale".

I've wised up to their game though; now I make it a point to carry the circular with me to try to help the clerk catch the error before the transaction is totaled out-so I don't have to wait in another line to get the correct sale price at the "service" desk.Happens a little too frequently to be incidental...
