I checked out with clerk, Daxal.  She had me fill out a form while she finished my order. When I got home I found she had charged me for three items when I had only purchased two. When I called, she answered the phone and basically told me it was too bad. She said I could bring all items back (23) and she'd re-ring them otherwise; "It's too bad, there is nothing I can do."  The full purchase came to $150; would only have been $13 less had she done it correctly.  There are too many Big Lots to ever sit foot in this one again.  Rude? Illegal? Disrespectful?
